In an era where misinformation spreads faster than the truth, Taiwan is harnessing technology to empower civil participation and defend against cyber threats from geopolitical rivals. Meanwhile, its civil society is actively leveraging digital tools to amplify voices and engage decision-makers in a more effective manner.

Together, they will explore how Taiwan can strengthen its defenses against cyber warfare, enhance media literacy to combat fake news, and share its innovative digital democracy models with international partners.
